Wines of the month - Paul DeRose

Holiday Relief – Reds Under $15

Hope you had a wonderful dose of holiday cheer, I know I did, but now the bills are piling in and it’s looking scary. I don’t think I’ll have to take out that second mortgage just yet, but expensive wine shop splurges are definitely out of the question. Time to settle down and accept the cold hard realities of winter. I find comfort foods to be particularly therapeutic at this time of year and as a wine lover enjoy comfort wines to go along with them. Rich, tasty reds under $15 should do the trick and those under $10 will do even better. Here are my picks.

Listed in order of price. Just about all of these are easy to find. Feel free to direct any questions or comments to me at deroseline@comcast.net.
