Color: Medium gold. (3.0) Bouquet: Zippy apple and butter. Could be more complex, but the ripe fruit with good acidity makes it lively. (2.5) Body: Solid middleweight with viscosity. The fruit is ripe, but well balanced by acidity. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but ripe fruit is more distinctive here. Rich, smooth and very tasty with just a touch of oak. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor, but not as distinctive. (2.5)
Overall: A rich, ripe, buttery (but not oaky) Chardonnay with very good acidity making it balanced. Also very good viscosity in the mouth. Drink now. (14.0)
