Color: Medium gold. (3.0) Bouquet: Honeysuckle, ginger and white flowers. Has a combination of elegance and intensity with a touch of sweetness and botrytus. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight plus with excellent fruit and very good acidity that makes it light for its weight. Coats the mouth nicely. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with tang. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor, but not as intense. Still long and elegant. (3.0)
Overall: Classic Alsatian Gewurz that has very good weight and persistence, but, at the same time, is well-proportioned and light on its feet. Shows nuances of honeysuckle, ginger and white flowers that linger beautifully. Not underdone or overdone in any way. My kind of Gewurz.(15.0)
