Color: Medium straw yellow. (3.0) Bouquet: Almonds, bread dough and yeast with lively apple and pear.. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight with excellent fruit and acidity. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet. The fruit is bright and tasty, but doesn't show quite as much complexity as the bouquet. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor, but less intensity. Could be longer. (2.5)
Overall: Shows excellent fruit and acidity. Could be more complex, but shows solid weight and creamy elegance. (14.5)
