Color: Bright gold. (3.0) Bouquet: Honeyed apples and apricots with minerals and acidity. Intense. (3.5) Body: Light heavyweight with excellent fruit and minerally acidity. It lightly coats the mouth.(3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with wet stones thrown in with the minerals. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor with excellent length, but shows some bitterness. (2.5)
Overall: Intense minerals and fruit with some bitterness. A little brash, but the concentrated minerals, stones and fruit more than make up for it. Could certainly improve in the next 2-4 years if the bitterness integrates and it gains some elegance. Great quality for the price!
