(3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with delicious botrytus and dried pear sweetness combined with green apple tartness. Delicious. (3.0) Finish: Parallels bouquet with mineral and pear lingering. (3.0)
Overall: A distinctive, precise and elegant Kabinett from the Mosel with a wonderful balance of ripe pear fruit and slight botrytus, combined with minerals and green apple to give it tang. Delicious stuff that's so easy to drink, yet interestingly multilayered. (15.0)
