72% Zinfandel, 12% Carignane, 12% Petite Sirah, 2% Syrah, 1% Grenache, 1% AlicanteBouchet 14.4% alc
Color: Medium deep purple garnet. (3.0) Bouquet: Blueberry and boysenberry fruit with briar and subtle burnt vanilla. (3.0) Body: Middleweight with excellent fruit and acidity and a silky mouthfeel. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but less distinctive at present. (2.5) Finish: Nice length, but subtle with slight chalkiness. (2.5)
Overall: Easy drinking Zinfandel with spice and subtle complexity imparted by the blend, but needs some time for the fruit to become more distinctive. (14.0)
