Color: Light gold. (3.0) Bouquet: Honeyed apricot and dried persimmon with a hint of candied ginger. (3.0) Body: Excellent fruit and acidity with some mineral. Silky, rich mouthfeel. Solid middleweight. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet. (3.0) Finish: Not quite as intense as flavor with a slight bitterness. (2.5)
Overall: An excellent, off-dry Vouvray with the acidity and minerality to balance the slight sweetness. A solid middleweight with honeyed apricot fruit and nuances of dried persimmon and candied ginger. (14.5)
