Color: Deep yellow to golden. (3.0) Bouquet: Spring flowers and white grape juice with beeswax and tangy mineral with anise. (3.0) Body: Light heavyweight with excellent fruit and acidity. Silky mouthfeel with elegance for its size. (3.5) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with elegance and intensity. Also shows some nectarine fruit. (3.0) Finish: Tangy fruit and minerals go on and on with interesting bitter anise. (3.5)
Overall: Tangy and intense with a saline mineral infusion combined with spring flowers, white grapes and nectarine fruit. Also shows elegant ginger and anise nuances. This is a full-bodied white Rhone blend that is excellent now with food and could improve in the next 5 years. (16.0)
