Color: Medium deep salmon. (3.0) Bouquet: Grapy-strawberry with excellent acidity, some mineral and a little licorice. (2.5) Body: Middleweight with excellent acidity and very good Gamay fruit. Lively with minerals and acidity coating the mouth. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but a little more vibrant with nice minerality. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor, but could be longer. (2.5)
Overall: A tasty rosé with attractive grapy-strawberry fruit enlivened by very good minerality and a slightly gamy nuance. All vey Gamay. Different and interesting. Very good value. (14.0)
