Color: Medium yellow. (3.0) Bouquet: Lots of minerality with subtle pear and a touch of herbs. Not much fruit showing. (2.5) Body: Solid middleweight plus with excellent acidity and minerals and sufficient fruit. Has a lively mineral tang that coats the mouth. (3.0) Flavor: More lively with more fruit than the bouquet. The minerals are intense. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor with minerals lingering for 30 seconds. (3.0)
Overall: A serious white Burgundy with outstanding minerality and excellent acidity. Has sufficient pear fruit with finishing touches of herbs and oak. If it had just a little more fruit it would be excellent. (14.5)
