Color: Medium straw yellow. (3.0) Bouquet: Sweet/tart grapefruit and key lime with minerality. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight with excellent fruit and acidity. Some richness with tang in the mouth. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with some tart pear and grain flavors. (3.5) Finish: Parallels bouquet, but could be more intense. (3.0)
Overall: An excellent Soave, similar to the outstanding '13, but not quite as much flavor concentration and minerality. Still an outstanding value. Can be drunk by itself or with food. Might improve in the next 2-3 years. (15.5)
