(3.5) Body: Solid middleweight plus with excellent acidity and fruit. Has a creamy richness mixed in with the excellent acidity and tart fruit. (3.5) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with some tart pear mixed in. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor, but a little young with austere tart acidity. (2.5)
Overall: Exceptional Spanish white that equals the '06 with maybe even a little more intensity. Impressive with lively mineral-infused acidity. May improve in the next year or two as the youthful austerity calms down. (15.5)
