Color: Medium black cherry. (3.0) Bouquet: Mineral and black cherry with a touch of truffles. Excellent acidity, but a little reserved at present. Still has sweetness that should come out in the flavor with time. (3.0) Body: Middleweight with excellent acidity and some tannin. Has sufficient fruit, but it could be more concentrated. May just need time? (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but a little restrained. (2.5) Finish: Parallels flavor, with acidity and some fruit lingering. (2.5)
Overall: Very good with potential to improve. Has good structure, but does it have enough fruit? Check back in 1-3 years to find out. Even now it has excellent acidity to cut through food, but could be more forward and rich. (14.0)
