Color: Medium yellow (3.0) Bouquet: Lemon, grapefruit and pear with minerals and cut grass. (3.5) Body: Excellent acidity and fruit with lively minerals. (3.0) Flavor: Lemon/grapefruit with salty minerality. Has a slightly thin middle. (2.5) Finish: Parallels flavor, but more solid and long. (3.0)
Overall: A lively SB in a modern, tasty style. Excellent acidity propelled fruit, but could have more complexity. May improve in the next year, but drinking very well now (15.0)
