Color: Deep cassis. (3.0) Bouquet: Rich and ripe plum, blackberry and fig. A little overripe and lacking focus. (2.5) Body: Solid middleweight plus with very good fruit, tannin and acidity. Coats the mouth with fruit and tannin. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet. (2.5) Finish: Long and tasty, being more giving than the flavor. (3.0)
Overall: A tasty Napa Valley Cabernet with ripe plum, blackberry and solid tannins, but could use more focus and distinction. Drink now and in the next few years. (14)
