Tasting Notes

Overall: Very tasty black cherry and black plum fruit with clove and bayleaf spice and good acidity. No heat to speak of, but needs a little more structure to be excellent. Still a joy to drink with crowd-pleasing smoothness and excellent fruit concentration. This pleased the crowd so much in fact that by the time I finished using it to wash down some food, there was none left to do an in-depth tasting note. But keeping my guests happy is more important than my ranting, afterall.
