Color: Medium deep raspberry. (3.0) Bouquet: Wild strawberry and raspberry with yeasty, elegant Gamay fruit. (3.0) Body: Middleweight with excellent acidity and very good fruit. Coats the mouth soemwhat. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but a little thin in the mid-palate. (2.5) Finish: Some intensity returns here and has length, but not quite as concentrated as other vintages. (2.5)
Overall: A fine Cru Beaujolais from a less concentrated vintage. Drink now and in the next 2-3 years. (14.0)
