Overall: Deep garnet color. Tart cherry and ground almonds with excellent acidity and very good tannins. Solid middleweight plus. The flavor is most attractive here with the finish being less distinctive. A very solid Chianti Classico that is impressive for the price. Great food wine, but interesting enough to be enjoyed on its own. Drink now and in the next couple of years. (14.0)
