100% Cabernet Franc 13.8% alc
Color: Translucent purple/red cherry. (3.0) Bouquet: Red radish and some red pepper flakes with tart cassis and raspberries. Good intensity. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight with excellent acidity and very good fruit. Tart and lean in the mouth. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but less distinctive and interesting. (2.5) Finish: Parallels flavor. (2.5)
Overall: Shows spice and vegetal complexity, radish and peppers with tart cassis and raspberry fruit. It could use more fruit, but interesting with excellent acidity. Drink now and in the next 2-3 years. Fruit should sweeten with a little time. (14.0)
