Color: Medium deep gold. (3.0) Bouquet: Beeswax and minerals accompany honeyed pear. (3.0) Body: Light heavyweight with excellent mineral and acidity, also very good fruit. (3.0) Flavor: Shows somw dry austerity at this point with tart peach. (2.5) Finish: Fruit turns toward tart green apple. Not as distinctive as the bouquet, but long. (3.0)
Overall: Shows excellent mineral and acidity concentration with fruit ranging from honeyed pear to tart peach to green apple. Needs time to mature and sweeten. Could improve in the next 3-5 years. (15.0)
