Honeysuckle and honeydew fruit with good acidity and a touch of sweetness, also parmagiano cheese and basil spice. It has a touch of botrytis flavor in the finish. Very tasty, well-made Gewurz that goes great with Asian food (Thai, sushi, etc.). Great value.
