Color: Medium gold (3.0) Bouquet: Ripe golden delicious apple with good acidity, but restrained at present. (2.5) Body: Coats the mouth with a rich mousse. Very good fruit-to-acid balance. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but much more forward and tasty. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor. Not huge, but long with complexity. A touch of bitterness. (3.0)
Overall: Excellent CA sparkler with body, fruit and no rough edges. Could improve in the next year or two. (14.5)
