Color: Medium straw yellow. (3.0) Bouquet: Lime, tart apple and ginger with minerality. (3.0) Body: Heavyweight with excellent fruit concentration and acidity. Silky mouthfeel. (3.5) Flavor: Parallels bouquet with some tartness and youthful austerity. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor with some bitterness. (3.0)
Overall: Shows some youthful austerity making it less elegant and expressive than the '11. The lime and tart apple fruit still shows excellent concentration, but needs time to smooth out some minerally bitterness and acidity. Give it a few years. (15.5)
