Color: Medium gray-yellow. (2.5) Bouquet:Wet ground stones, apple cider and dried pears. Restrained and youthfully closed. (2.5) Body: Solid middleweight with excellent minerals and acidity and very good fruit. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouwuet, but more open. Needs a little time to integrate. (3.0) Finish: Parallels flavor with nice length. (3.0)
Overall: Very good, but youthfully restrained. Needs a year or two to open. Shows apple cider and pear fruit with excellent minerals and acidity. If drinking now, decant for an hour and serve at 50-55 °F.(14.0)
