Developing nicely since my first bottle in February. It is more open, displaying briney, mineral flavors combined with lemon-lime zest. Overall it has not improved significantly, but is showing more personality and is more enjoyable. Don’t serve it too cold as you’ll put it to sleep, try about 50-55 °F. At its best now and in the next year. (Great with shellfish.)
