Color: Silver and light gold. (3.0) Bouquet: Minerals, lime and green apple with musk and moss. Very distinctive. (3.0) Body: Solid middleweight that is crisp, pure and very lively. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet, but more intensely musky. Compelling. (3.5) Finish: Parallels bouquet. (3.0)
Overall: Very distinctive stuff. It speaks very strongly of the Loire with minerals, pure crisp fruit and musky/herbal nuances. This is right up my alley. Great with shellfish. I don't know if this will get better, but it should become even more interesting in the next few years. (15.5)
