(3.0) Body: Slight frizzante with a tiny bubble and mineral mouthfeel. Light in weight, but still shows excellent fruit and minerality. (3.0) Flavor: Parallels bouquet. Overall: This is a perfect summer white. Elegant minerality accompanies delicate, precise lime and honeydew fruit. This is what Prosecco aspires to be, a light but serious summer white with fizz. (16.0)
